How do you ensure vinyl records are not damaged during shipping?
We use high-quality, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is padded with bubble wrap or stiffeners to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
What is your return policy for pre-owned records?
We offer a 14-day return window for pre-owned items if they do not match the described condition. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How do you grade the condition of your used inventory?
We follow the Goldmine Standard for grading. Each record is visually inspected and, in most cases, play-tested to ensure accurate ratings from 'Poor' to 'Mint'.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we are unable to make changes.
