At Mixed Up Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl, equipment, or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records are secured between cardboard stiffeners to prevent warping or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the items.
